Strictly necessary session cookie
The administrative area uses mwv_admin_session, an HTTP-only cookie that maintains an authorized administrator session for up to 12 hours. It is not used for advertising and does not require optional consent.
Consent preference
If optional measurement is configured, the site stores your accept or reject choice in browser local storage under midwest-vital-analytics-consent. This prevents the choice banner from reappearing on every page.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising UET integrations are supported but disabled unless an administrator supplies an identifier. Even when configured, their scripts load only after a visitor accepts optional measurement. Those providers may then set or read cookies according to their own documentation and the enabled configuration.
Your choice
You can accept or reject optional measurement in the on-page notice when it is available. You can also clear site data in your browser to reset the choice. Product access and official destination links do not depend on accepting optional tracking.
